The worst I have seen

On Monday 17 April 2023 I go into the Tavcor Suzuki dealership in Port Elizabeth. 2 of the consultants are at their desks but aren’t assisting anyone with a 3rd Henry was busy with a customer. After waiting around for roughly 15min Henry finishes with his customer and comes over to me. I then purchase a Suzuki Celerio cash, but I’m forced to make the EFT the next morning as even after repeated requests Hendry does not email the Tax Invoice. I eventually get one via WhatsApp and make the payment. Tuesday 18 April 2023 I repeatedly ask if all is in order and I have repeated assurances. I make arrangements for 13:00 and arrive with my wife, go to reception, and had to wait for her to get off her cell phone. Henry is unfortunately unavailable as he has the flu and we are told to deal with Samantha. At her desk, we also get interrupted by a driver looking for keys. She eventually informs us, that the vehicle's service book and spare keys are not at the dealership even after they had the entire day to collect them. Needless to say, we are asked to go to finance to sign the deal, but once again are unable to as there is no internet available. From there we find out that the main key is also not available as Henry left with it. I then understandably tell Samantha how disgusted I am in the service and that it feels like this branch has never sold a car to which she has a snotty sarcastic tone in response. She then starts ignoring me and speaks to my wife. I then go back to reception and ask for the DP, who is also unavailable. I then request a director’s contact number. She then brings in Paul Bedford, who only after I repeatedly asked him his position informed me that he is the person temporarily in charge because the DP is away. Paul then wants me to believe that the company does not have any directors and that he is the one to speak to and he can’t help me if I don’t want to be helped. Shockingly bad is an understatement and the treatment of customers…
