The small things that make the difference

I was due to depart on a 3000km journey when I had a small problem with the VW roof racks on my Passat. During a break in a few months ago, our roof rack wrench was ******. I only realised this when I wanted to remove the racks the night before. It is a quick job, but without the required tools almost impossible to accomplish. I decided to visit VW tavcor and ask their help with my issue. At first nobody could help me. I was told my best option would be to order the necessary tool I required. (That would take time though) I must be honest, I was kind of disappointed that we would have to listen to the noisy roof racks during the next few days.

Just as I accepted my fate and was about to leave, Chris Koen approached us. Within a few minutes, he managed to track down the tools required, and removed my roof racks. Although a small issue I appreciate the effort he made to help make the trip in our VW more enjoyable.
