Terrible service on parts and fixing jeeps TAVCOR PE

Kindly register the below as a complaint and as part of my effort to have the issues resolved. I have excluded other frustrations in an attempt to zoom into the outstanding issue.

I took my vehicle in for a service in Feb 2019 and noted the noise when turning, I was advised by you that I should adjust the steering wheel and the noise on the left hand side will go away when I turn into a parking at about 10 km per hour.

The noise did not go away and I returned the vehicle in March. I was told I had to replace the steering rack, which was done, the noise was still there.

I returned the vehicle and I had to replace another part and it will go away, was the assurance I received from you. This was too replaced, the particular name of the part you can obtain from your records. The noise was less, but not totally gone.

I returned the vehicle and it was mentioned that it is a body creek, I left the vehicle with your good selves for about 2 or 3 months for the body shop to resolve the issue. Needless to say that it was still not fixed and mentioned to me that the noise has moved to the right hand side of the vehicle, and an external technition will have to look at it.

The vehicle I got back with the noise now on the right hand side and not left as initially above now occurs when I am driving the vehicle, which has never happened before, only previously happened when I turn into a parking. The noise was never like this, only when I received it back from yourselves it now happens at a higher pitch when I am driving.

My only request is to have the vehicle sorted, so that I do not hear the noise on the right that has suddenly appeared after your service shop and bosy shop worked on it.

Please rectify the above matter as a matter of urgency as I will not be liable should anything brake as a result of the new noise on the right hand side of the

Please also rectify the new noise, that was never there before on the right hand side of the vehicle.

This is my final attempt to have the matter resolved, if you are unable to resolve the matter please provide me the consumer with alternate actions that I could possibly take to have an independent party have the matter resolved.
