Terrible and unorganized customer service!

After purchasing a vehicle from them it has been an absolute struggle to get the updated license disc for the vehicle from them. After calling multiple times over the space of almost 2 months, only to be told they will call back but never do and never properly assisted. One can only have so much patience!
