Tavcor William Moffet Service Levels

Tavcor VW, William Moffet, are Not up to par with their Service Frontline Procedures and Service. Whether Staff are Trained Properly or Totally Oblivious to Persuing Customer Service Excellence, I can not say, but it is Poor.

I will be moving my Fleet to a Different Brand and Maintenance to the Current Models ( that is out of Warranty ) to a Alternative Service Centre..

Communication does Not exist, Customer Expectation are Not met ( I Only require Minimum ).

Tavcor William Moffet, have Serious Work and Catching Up to do compared to Rival Brand Service Centre's
