Tavcor George-incompetence & sub-standard service

I am owning a VW Polo vivo, 2015 model. Having noticed that it switches the its radio on and off, I consulted with Tavcor George on the 12th March 2019. I left the car with them, they called later on the 13th informing that there's no fault found on the radio and ignition switch tested and found to be ok. I had to pay about R500 for diagnostic fee. I went to fetch the car, after a day, the problem continued. I phoned Tavcor George informing them that them, they suggested that I bring back the car. I was already sceptical and my gut was telling me not take the car back since they couldn't find the problem initially. Nonetheless, it was on the 26 March, the phoned to inform that the ignition switch is found to be faulty. Please note that it was only one week apart. The justification was that, it switches itself on and consequently, switches the radio as well. But wipers were none functional if the radio happened to be on, which made no sense to me. I have it in record, that initially ignition switch was checked and found to be ok. It was replaced, costed about R2500.00. It was a day or two, the problem continued but frequency of occurrence has decreased compared to the first time. I went to Tavcor George, they suggested that I bring the car the following day, the following day my car was with them the whole day and the informed me at the end of the day that they cannot detect the problem and convinced they have resolved the problem. I decided to book my car in at Tavcor makert square (Uitenhage, Eastern Cape), more than 360 km's from George. They indicated that the problem was not the ignition switch, it is the radio and further indicated that they sent 2 radios of the same model to JHB where they were fixed successfully. They suggested that I consult with Tavcor George to hear if they will assist since I had paid almost R3000.00 already. They agreed to act as per Tavcor Market Square suggest. I took my car in to Tavcor George, assuming they will remove the radio and send it to JHB. To my surprise they phone later that they, apparently they removed the radio and sent it to their local consultants which couldn't find the problem, they were asking if it was a sure diagnosis or just an assumption by Tavcor Market Square. They were at this point adamant that they have resolved the problem. I booked car in with Tavcor Market Square, radio was removed and sent to JHB, they phoned me back after recently to collect the radio, it was sorted, lot of faults were picked up on actual radio and they were sorted. It was on warranty (I have it written on paper). The sub-standard service I recieved from George is unacceptable and having to pay them for fiddling with my car not knowing a single thing they were doing. I have tried numerous times to engage with the manager, he is never returning my calls. He never acknowledged the fault. I hold that I was unfairly treated because I am black and not an older citizen. I want re-imbutsment. The level of respect and attitude is unacceptable. I give credits to Tavcor Market Square
