Pathetic service From start to finish.

Took my vehicle in for a service. Had no problems prior to service, besides the airbag light appearing on the dashboard. Two days later, the car started jerking. I phoned the service agent to explain the situation, and she promised to phone back with feedback. Needless to say, that never happened. After numerous calls and frustration, I took the car to a local mechanic and was told that the rubber in the coil was damaged - which obviously happened on their watch. Never had good experiences with tavcor in PE, don't know why I thought this time would be different. They are useless, inexperienced, and selling a product they don't know much about. Customer service is not on the priority list at all.... It's disheartening.
