No Reponse from Call Centre

Good Day.

I hereby want to report the poor workmanship from VW Tavcor PE. They loaded an "Insurance Policy" without my content regarding the policy loaded onto my vehicle. I spoke to the Call Centre and they advised that the money will be returned withing 3 working days. it has been a month now that I am still awaiting the re-imbur*****t of the money and they keep on stating that the returns are in a validation period. Last Feedback was received on the 2017.08.28 and it has been the same for the past month.
