Horrible service at Tavcor Suzuki.

On the 29th of August i ordered a Suzuki Fronx from Tavcor Suzuki in Port Elizabeth. Before going to the dealership to sign and collect the vehicle. I received an email telling me that the vehicle was no longer available and that i would be taking another vehicle without any discussions. I sold my wife's car during this process and i have tried sourcing a vehicle else wear but none are available. My wife has been without a vehicle since then and no ETA has been given on when i can expect to receive the vehicle i ordered. This is shocking to say the least. The branch manager called me and explained that his salesman did not follow protocol in securing the vehicle. However i am now left with the consequences thereof. What should i do?
