I found an A4 TdI at their branch advertised online and since I stay in another province I was skeptical about doing business remotely.

Ricky was the salesperson who helped and he made the sales process very easy for me. He even went as far to take a video of the vehicle detailing everything that I requested.

Stacey then took over the deal when the numbers were being discussed and ensured that most of my financial needs were met. She did a great job getting the deal finalized.

When the vehicle got delivered, Leon took his time to take me through the vehicle (even after a long drive to delivery) and handed over a sparkling clean vehicle. The communication from Leon leading to the time of delivery was outstanding!

I even got a courtesy call from the manager Thando which rounded off the experience perfectly!
