Dissapointed bad service ever

My car was send to tavcor george for my door knot to fix as it was an insurance claim. Money was paid in cash to tavcor via eft. Got my car back after they repair my backdoor and the panel was loss, and my door stop out aswell as my pain off inside by the backdoor. Lady helped me her face looks always angry but with the white people she smiles CUSTOMERS KING..my 3rd appointment yet. My 1st appointment the part for the boot knot was never ordered and my car was in on the 8th of Feb only got it back in the afternoon. Today I took my car in again and the manager inform me the paint that's off at the back is not them.. looks like the car was in an accident how funny you want to stand out of fixing it. Your service and way your approaching me is not upper level. Telling me the door knot thats the only way it fits. I'm very disappointed client since the first day.

Vandag weer by tavcor afspraak gehad die bestuurder Deon het my soos n HOND weggejaag ek kom nooit weer na tavcor nie. Hulle het my Kar se paint afgekrap terwyl hulle my boot se knop aangesit het en toe my pa begin praat het hy gese hy praat nie met hom nie hy kommunikeer met sy klient. Toe beweer hy my Kar was in ongeluk wat nooit so was nie omdat ek dit gecheck het voor ek motor gekoop het. Hy my boot hard neer gegooi en gese JY KOM NIE WEER NA TAVCOR NIE. EKS IS SO ONGELUKKIG WANT WIE GEE HOM DIE REG OM SO MET SY KLIENT TE PRAAT WAT MY VOLLEDIGE BEDRAG BETAAL HET.
