Brilliant

My bakkie went in for a service at Tavcor Mount Road and had to get a part for my Audi.

They did not have stock at Tavcor VW Mount Road but they did have stock at Audi Centre Mount Road.

Caroline from Mount Road phoned me just after 12 to inform me that my bakkie was done and I went to collect. Awesome service from the entire team at Tavcor Mount Road.

I then collected my son from school and went to get the part from Audi center. He is very into his cars (10 Years old) and we were walking around the show room as he wanted to show me everything and give me some of his knowledge on cars.

We ended up in the corner where the TV was displaying and all the finishes were and my son got talking to the lady that sits there. She got up and walked off after a while and came back with a book about the Audi R8 and gave it to my son. He was in heaven and I was only allowed to take the book out the cover after I showered.

Thank you Michelle at Audi Center Mount Road, that was going beyond helping and absolutely made the little mans day/weekend/year.
