Bad service

My VW Amarok came to a standstill when driving in the field and a fuel supply was damaged. The car was towed in by Tavcor and repaired. The invoice was paid for and I thought everything was OK. The car is still under warranty. A few weeks later , VW Du Plessis in Oudtshoorn, while maintaining the car, asked me to come and have a look to the car. The repair done by Tavcor was unacceptable. Tavcor rep**** to me that they only repaired the car temporally which is nonsense. The invoice clearly stated \ repaired\". <br> I have contacted VW customer care, already 2 (two) weeks ago and explained this situation. However even VW customer care does not even reply on this matter. This is very very poor service. "
