Audi Tavcor George (bad service)

<p>i just purchased a audi 2010 model from auction, i took a machenical warranty, the car had gave me problems of misfiring and oil consuming, i phoned my warranty about this issue they told me to take it to the nearest dealer which in this case George Audi, the warranty sent an assessor to check the problem before payments, and charl the service foreman was liasing with me with regards to my car and he gave 2 differents costing for the whole engine, i was sceptical i told myself to record our conversations, and the car stayed there with audi dealership the whole month, when i was told it was ready, i noticed that the was no one to take through the problem that the car had i was givin only the cars and told it was parked outside, 2 days later the car gave me problems, i took it back then charl said the catalytic converter was dirty they cleaned it, but he **** he only removed the warning light, then the car gave me same problem, then he told me the coils were changed, i was fraustrated with him, i then took it back then they came up with another issue say that its gona cost more to repair this, i decided to contact legal assistant and contacted my warranty to please send me the report which was done by the assessor, it turned out that the report was way different from the invoice which they sent me, George audi never fixed the actually problem instead they added staff on the invoice and fixed other things. what a disgrace.</p>
