APPAULED BEHAIVOUR

<p>My VW Polo TSI sunroof shatterred on the 17th Decemmber after having bought it in June 2016, it hasnt even been 6 months since i bouth it. I took the car to VW they said they needed to investigate which is understandable after a 3 days of the pending incvestigation I get a form to complete that needs to be sent to thier manufactures.on the 28th December a week later a im told the warrantly claim will not be processed because there is an impact point which caused it to shatter it might no have been a crack earler on that caused it to weaken, i have photos in the car earlier on that exact day and there are no cracks. No one can explain to me how this happened having given them all the relevant information regarding the incident. </p> <p> </p> <p>the technician was unable to give me facts besides the impact point they are talking about. My car was with them for a week the glass had not been touched only strings on the roof to show me the Impact point that apparantly caused the shatter but there was no rock and crack prior and after the shatter no tangible facts and proof that it was an external influence.</p> <p> </p> <p>the After sales manager instead suggested that they were accomodating me by having the car looked at within a week as they have bookings until end of January. No one can explain to me How my Sunroof shattered other then the strings that suggest an impact point where there is no longer glass even. </p>
