Annoying Service

I went to plastic rebuilders for a mirror cover with indicator. The assistant phoned tavcor North end and was assisted by Brenda who confirmed that it is available. Few minutes after I paid she phoned to confirm she made a mistake with the quotation that it was the wrong mirror. Its not available, it must be ordered and it's more than what I've paid. I refused to pay more as I already paid and they (Tavcor) said there's nothing they can do. This was very annoying and pathetic. In future Brenda be smart and ensure that you do basics brilliantly and take responsibility for your own actions.
