Almost 5 weeks and 4 months and still not fixed

<p> </p> <p>Well where do i start bought a Jetta 6 from mastercars Tavcor PE a year ago and this year since January its been with them a total of 5 weeks and they still cant tell me what cause the problem. They have replaced fuel pump , oil pump , chain , tensioners a complete head all the gaskets in the engine reloaded software and replaced a front hub and the car is still not right now they say it must come back in and no one is willing to help out or accommodate with trade in on a problem car at 70000km there reason is wear and tear . It started with 2 weeks at Mount road and after only having it back for a few days the problem was still there. On phoning them i was told that they dont have the correct special tools to fix the prroblem anyway and that i had to take it to William Moffat branch . There only one salesman and the service advisor has been going out of their way to help me which is more than i can say for management . The car has been a problem since day one with other problems aswell . </p> <p>My loyalty to this brand has been broken and i do not see myself buying another VW again pity as this was my 6th one from them. </p>
