5 lost sales by tavcor

Saturday was the 5th time I have visited tavcor Suzuki to purchase a new car and for the fifth time they failed to sell me a car . Henry was the only one in the dealership on Saturday morning , I told him I’m looking at buying a new eeco . They had none to show me even when they had 5 in stock . The only one I could see was at a club outside of pe on display . Henry said he would phone me after 12 so we could go and see it . I’m still waiting for that call . On Monday morning working in st Francis I found a satellite representative Sonya from j bay . All started well she found an eeco , showed it to me , I said I’ll take it . So on Saturday Henry valued my 2021 super carry and gave me a price . On further inspection I found out that my carry is actually a 2022 so I asked what the new value would be and they said no still the same but it’s a newer model , no that’s all we can offer you says vanesh the sales manager . After which I asked is there nothing we can do to sweeten the deal ? At this stage I showed Sonya that in jhb and cape town they are offering eeco’s at 4 to 5 thousand lower than pe . Go buy one in Cape Town then is what she tells me . Not even trying to offer anything , I’m not in the business of shifting metal , was her remark and I should rather look elsewhere. Now come on guys I have worked in the motor trade in Jhb and you don’t just give up on a deal if you can’t make maximum profit . Remember this is my 5th Suzuki in 7 years ( none of which tavcor has managed to close a deal on ) I always try to support my local dealership but these guys are just not interested unless you beg them to sell you car . So once again I’m forced to get my new car from out of town . Pathetic service tavcor . I hope you go out of business soon so someone who actually wants to sell cars can come to port elizabeth.
