Taurus iron spends more time in repairs then me actually using it.

I have had to send my Taurus iron in twice for repairs at Makro Cape Gate.

This Taurus iron comes with a 12 month warranty but has spent 4 months at Makro repairs.

I have contacted the supplier numerous times, who only replies after I send another email requesting a reply.

You would think after spending more than R2000 on an iron, you would receive some customer service.

Customer service and quality of Taurus products are shocking.

I will never recommend your products to anyone.
