TAURUS EXTREMELY POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE

I purchased a Taurus dough mixer for over R2000. used for 6 moths and it gave up. Not working. Paid such an exorbitant amount for the appliance to only last for 6 months. I have repeatedly tried to email Taurus on their website. NO REPLY. Finally got hold of a male in Durban who asked me to bring it in for repairs. TAURUS is the most inferior quality appliance that I have ever purchased in my whole life. They charge us an arm and leg for some ******* that lasts 6 months. What a *******. Takealot should please remove this inferior product of their shelves before more innocent people fall victim like I did.
