Bad customer service, Horrible product

Do not buy Taurus appliances ever, bought a 10 in 1 processador only 1 component is working, the rest is not working, the product has 2 year warranty but because I got it cheaper on take a lot suddenly the product has 6 months warranty and not 2 years, I was sold a product that is damaged from the supplier because other components are not working, now no exchange, no refund, nothing, the product is relatively new as I only used the food processor that’s the only thing that works, the blender,chopper,juicer,ect is not working, please help me, the appliance was never tested because if it was then all appliances would be working, if you thinking of buying it DONT, it’s too good to be true
