Bad Customer Service From Taurus. Still No Reply to my complaint.

I've purchased a Taurus kettle from takealot.com and it was not functioning well so takealot.com sent me another one. The 2nd one i received had the same problem so i decided to contact Taurus themselves regarding the problem. To this day, Taurus hasn't contacted me back. The kettle i bought, doesn't switch off automatically when it says it should, it does only sometimes. And the lid doesn't close flush, so that when water is boiling it spills out everywhere. Terrible.
