Bad service

The experience was terrible. His Instagram speaks for itself, But I'm afraid that's as far as it goes. Regarding the service he provides he is not professional at all. First of all he arrived late to the event. Secondly he said it will take 1 to 2 weeks to have the video done, yet it's been almost a month and we still waiting. He does not provide feedback unless we ask him. We recently enquired and he asked for a flash to put everything on it for us!!! We paid this guy in full within 2 days after the event and he really does not come cheap yet he asks for a flash!!!! Omg we really expected way more just for the image he portrays and because well-known people always use him we thought he provides great service. But I guess it's how popular you are that you will receive prompt service! Utterly dissapointed because I recommended my parents to him and even though he was pricey and outside of there budget they still used his business because they trusted my judgement. Would never recommend this guy. His service sucks no matter how good he thinks he is.
