Funeral cover refused to payout

Dear Sir/Madam<br> <br> I stay in Johannesburg and my late Grandmother(who past away on February 2015) and mother stay in village called Thabakgone around Polokwane. Taunare funeral cover company presenter approached my late granny in 2009 to open account in which the did. The main member of the policy is my other granny's daughter (born 1941 she was 68 at that time) and my granny was dependent(born 1919 she was 90 at that time).<br> <br> My uncle took the record of payments then went to claim at Taunare funeral, the result was that Paulina Mohlolo***ner of Taunane) told them that she won't be able to payout both main member and dependent join the policy while they are over age.
