Faulty Jewellery

I received a daith piercing from Tattoo Styles on 1 June 2018. The jewellery ball fell out on 13th June. I returned to the store and they put the ball back. Less than a week later it fell out again. I returned again. The ball was then replaced. A week later it has fallen out AGAIN. The actually jewellery bar grooving must be faulty. Unfortunately after contacting them, they said they cannot assist as they have already made a loss in the form of the ball being replaced the second time and they haven't increased the prices in a while?!? There was no alternative solution on offer. SO. If you go to tattoo styles for a piercing, you better pray that they do not give you a faulty piece of jewellery (which is out of the customers control) and that they have been appropriately trained to properly insert and fasten the jewellery... Expect poor customer service if the jewellery they supply you is faulty.
