Disappointing Service and Poor Quality of Food

I am extremely disappointed with the service and quality of food we have received. On Monday the 26th of November my family and i decided to try out Tatso (Table for 9) . we waited in a long que only to get a table that seats 8 and squeeze a chair in. We then ate a first round, when we got to the second our first round plates were still on the table. clearing staff were extremely slow. A waiter then walks pass me not able to carry the dishes she had in her had drops someones tea all over my leg and foot, i didn't even get an apology. we continued to eat. only to find that the smoker chicken was in fact still frozen, not even heated up just frozen and left at the buffet station, to top this night off i found hair in my butternut (i have pictures).

we got to dessert and out plates from the previous course still at our table, i am extremely disappointed with the service and standard of food we received we would not recommend or eat at tatso sibaya.
