Tatamatarps absolute ripoff

The online ad was firstly placed in Bloemfontein by this company(tatamatarps) but I had to drive all the way to midrand in Johannesburg, which is not 5 minutes, but instead 6 and a half hours to fetch my product I bought. And secondly the liner was so damaged and faulty it was completely useless for the pond I needed it for, which I also did specify to the company it was going to be used for. This is so bad considering this is a company selling these products(pond and dam liners) daily. And thirdly when I wanted a refund or replacement of the broken product the issue was avoided for weeks by not replying to me and getting ignored by them. And when they eventually did reply after weeks of waiting, they refused to refund me or replace their damaged product they sold me. The liner was also advertised as recycled PVC but it was as a matter of fact not recycled at all, it was an old beer advert from the billboard next to the road that they had just cut to size. This is simply an old tarp they advertised as recycled which was just being cut up and sold to reuse which is false advertising. I am so disappointed with the service and quality and I will never again use this company for anything. If you value honesty, quality, and service this is not the company for you.
