Reap Off

since the 29/12/2017 up to date i have been frustrated to get my car service my understanding is that i have to bring the car when it has reached 25000km but fortunately im now told its 12 months which was in july however the car is still within the kilometers it hasn't reached 25000km i fail to understand why i must pay R3100.00 for a minor service when the car is still under warranty.
