TATA multi franchise in Cape Town

Tata were dishonest unreliable and ***********. They ripped us off R600; the advice given was negligent. Our brakes were metal on metal, after a service, and after giving them the car back they told us we had 1500 kms left before a problem would arise; AND were told to wait four days to get a set of brake pads, a standard stock item ! we went elsewhere were helped with generic pads same day.

But Tata multi franchise management will mess you around , just waste time to "make you go away". my advice, go elsewhere.Have nothing but utter contempt for this company and its staff
