worst after sales service on a brake down

<p>Road side assistance picked my bakkie up at steenbok pan on 7th of Augast I asked them to bring my bakkie back to pta north tata where i always service my bakkie with no problems they said they have to take my bakkie to the nearast tata approved dealer which is in nylstroom (lephalale) I called them they said my bakkie isn't there I strugled to find out where my bakkie is eventauly I found out my bakkie is in tata polokwane I phoned them they said they are to full they can only start working on my bakkie on thursday it will be finish on friday phoned them friday 11 August bakkie stil not fixed phoned them monday 14 August they stil waiting for the part and every time they say they will come back to me no response and I have to phone again and again</p>
