Favourite cracker disapoints

I used Wheaton's Multigrain crackers for most of my functions. Recently I have had to refrain from doing so as the biscuits have a funny taste. I did complain and they send me a voucher for R100 because I bought 6 boxes and have had to destroy all of it. I bought 4 new boxes with the voucher but the taste is still off. The biscuits are so soft you can hadly but toppings on and then there is that nasty after taste.... Not to be recomended anymore.
