Poor service and food

We arrived at the restaurant at 18:15 and our food took over 45 minutes to arrive. The pizza was luke warm and the spatch**** chicken was very tough. The mushroom sauce was liquid. The loud noise of the restaurant made it hard to hear each other speaking, making it all a very annoying experience.
