Worse manager in the world

Had a truly pathetic experience at the restaurant. We ordered oxtail, and the plate arrived with just three bones and zero meat. When we tried to express our frustration to the so-called manager, he was incredibly arrogant, basically saying, "What do you want me to do with the bones?" as if he had no responsibility for what he serves.

As a regular customer, I'm utterly disappointed by the manager's rudeness and arrogance. He kept insisting he couldn't remove it from the bill, as if we even asked for that. We were simply providing feedback that he could have taken constructively, but he chose to be a complete jerk about it.

Our waiter was lovely, but the manager's ********** attitude ruined the entire experience.
