Un-Professional Sub-Contructor

I logged a call on Monday already due to a Geyser problem , its already Wednesday and nothing has been fixed. The sub-contractor says he went through to my house and there was nobody is home, funny enough I had emailed the Company All the details required including 3 different cellphone numbers. The cellphone numbers where no use to him as he didn't bother to contact any of those. Ever since I logged a call, I had and still have to call the company and ask for feedback without me doing so I'm kept in the dark. As i call the sub-contractor he tells me that he has already home and he can only come through to my house Friday during the day. The service this sub-contractor is providing is extremely Un-Profesional. He doesn't deserve to be given such contracts as he fails to provide good service to those in need of help, He would definitely get a 0% on his Customer Satisfactory Index ( CSI ).

THE SERVICE I GOT AND STILL GET FROM THE SUB CONTRACTOR IS BAAAAAD !!!
