They don't take any responsibility for their actions

They fail to take responsibility of their faulty geyser. The lady at their office, Princess is very rude and not willing to help with anything. She's just full of lies and she even gave me a private person who can fix my geyser but I must pay the person myself,Otherwise they not gonna help me.
