Worst aftersale service ever!

My heat pump installed by Tasol Alberton was not working as it should and it kept giving me an error. It took very long for Tasol Alberton to send out a technician and the heat pump was removed from my home to be repaired. This was in February of this year.<br> After many promises of re installing the heat pump we are going for almost 3 months now without any answer from Tasol Alberton. <br> Please can you help us? <br>
