Unreliable solar water heating system

My system stopped heating my geyser after 14 months (geyser temperature is in die low 20 degrees after a sunny day).<br> <br> I contacted Tasol Pretoria and asked if they have any advice after explaining the problem. Con Mattheus then responded with an R850 assessment fee quote, clearly stating that the fee excludes labour and parts.<br> <br> Cleary they are more interested in milking their customers than providing quality products and after sale service.
