Life Healthcare Head Office Bad Service I received an email from them with refund form and they asked me to fill the form and bring it back to them with my bank statement. I did everything they asked since last year but even today no one is saying anything to me when you call them you hold the line for an hour no response when you send an email they don't reply they don't care. They must finish what they started.
