Appalling after sales service from Tasol and their staff

Our geyser burst last week Friday and we contacted Tasol to replace a geyser which is still under guarantee. Princess from Tasol has been an absolute nightmare in dealing with this issue as we tried numerous times to contact her and they have now stopped taking our calls altogether. They always promise feedback and we get nothing!!!!! We have no hot water for days now in the mid of winter and these people could care less!!!
