False advertising

Went to Tasko Sweets in Northmead and they had a special sign up advertising 3 x Milka slabs of chocolate for R50.00. I selected 3 different slabs from under the sign and went to the counter where I was told that the slabs I had selected were not part of the special. I went back to the shelve to check if there was a sign excluding any flavours and there was not, thus I demanded that I get what was advertised. The owner refused. This owner needs a lesson in consumer law. He also seems very happy to have bad publicity at the cost of a few Rands rather than do what is right under the law. I for one will not be going back.
