The shocking awfulness that is Tasha's Nelson Mandela Square

This the ****tiest Tasha's in the country. The level of service is not only appalling but the BOTH the management and the waiters have no desire to sort customer issues. We ordered Gin Sours and the management made us believe that we were crazy for sending an awful drink back. They took us through an IMMENSE amount of trouble to remedy the situation. By the time they did, we were already told that they would not take any drinks back as if it was our fault that the drinks were AWFUL! Furthermore, we ordered food and the waiter kept asking us if these were appetisers or main courses - as if that made a difference? In the end, it took them an hour to deliver our food! Without apology or explanation. The whole experience was actually just shocking!
