Tashas - major disappointment

Today was the first time I've ever eaten at Tasha's. The meal I chose was a lettuce cup burger something or other. The 2 mini burger patties (of decent size) themselves were a bit dry but over all it tasted good. The salsa verde is the only flavor it had so it was cool. There was a single slice of a full gherkin which was cut into two pieces (in other words I paid for a single slice of gherkin), topped with what I could surmise was not even the equivalent of a full mushroom. (This is over both of the patties by the way).

The dish came with a side of sweet potato chips but oh my word, I've never in my life had such a displeasing sweet potato! I get that it's a sweet potato but come on. Firstly, the skin wasn't peeled off (which can be fine) but the outside of the "chip" was shriveled and DRY, and the inside was soft and cold. There was zero seasoning on it too. I am genuinely shocked at the quality of the product I received, given the hype (and overall prices) of the restaurant. My friend had something with hash browns and she gave me a taste and I basically got a mouth full of oil (tastey oil, but oil none the less).

Im rather disappointed that this is how my first experience with them went. Maybe I just expected more than it is, I don't know.
