Rock hard cake:(

Today was my second attempt to order a red velvet brownie, it was rock hard. I informed the manager and he stormed off with the plate. The waitress said I shouldn't worry about him and that she knew it was old. I than proceeded to order a slice of cake that was equally hard and old. I will not be going back
