Overpriced disappointment!
We had avoided Tasha's for about 2 years because it was late in coming to market with gluten-free options. I went to Tasha's at the V&A waterfront on Wednesday. What a disappointment!
The table was rickety. When the waiter brought my tea, he placed it at the other end of the table from me. My Alfredo pasta arrived without any cheese in a grater as in the past. The cream or ham in the pasta had been burnt (clear burnt taste) He offered parmesan later which came in a small bowl. The penne itself was undercooked and stuck together.
I didn't bother complaining because when issues are clustered like this, there is no point in wasting time on that.
Primi uptairs has nothing to be concerned about in terms of competition as I cannot reason that Tasha's with its high prices isn't going the way of Mellissa's.
Hands down the worse pasta I've ever had.
