Noticeable decline in coffee quality
As a regular customer to most branches for the past three years, I can vouch for outstanding coffee and this draws me in daily. The new coffee, whatever it is,is inferior and not befitting an establishment of this stature. Please improve it.<br> I have already reduced patronage and business meetings.
