LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE
Specifically drove all the way to Tasha's nicolway to experience a good atmosphere and food as we know tashas is well known for. As we are waiting in the queue, we receive our number and are told it will be a 15-20minute wait. After about 15 minutes, I hear the #153 get called out. As our number was #150 you can imagine my frustration. I call the host and ask why they went before us, he proceeded to insist that he called the number out and assumed the customers had left. What amazes is me is that he was standing in short distance, I heard the #153 but not ours?! Come on I am a 24 year old who's hearing is quite on point especially when I am hungry. Regardless of all that it amazes me that he had no other solution but insist he called the #. I would've rather him admitted he had forgotten about us and come up with another solution but no that was the end of the road. Absolutely useless and *********** if you ask me. Clearly his forte is not in remembering his clientele nor retaining them. I WILL NOT be returning to tashas nicolway. Sad that one person can ruin a good business.
Good morning Melissa,
Firstly I would like to apologise for your poor experience whilst in the queue. I understand that these things can happen and fully agree with you, he should have made a plan to make you feel comfortable & got you a table asap.
I have taken it up with the owner of the store & we would like to invite you back to tashas Nicolway to make up for your poor experience.
Humblest Apologies
