Glass in salad

Took my daughter and her partner for lunch at Tasha's today, 22 March. The meal my daughter's partner was eating had a piece of glass. This of course put him completely off his meal.<br> We called the Waiter who served us and showed him the piece of glass. We asked to speak to the manageress. <br> He informed us that she was to busy sorting out food or menus in he kitchen. The waiter did inform us that we would not be charged for his meal. The manageress should have come to our tabLe her self and her disregard for our complaint was insulting and disrespectful to her patrons.
