Charged me 3 time for my bill of R700.00

I was at Tashas Nelson Nelson Mandela Square on the 22.12.2017 - my bill was +- R640- rounded it off to R700.00 to cover the tip. . .when I check my bank statement I was 3 times - the charged R700.00 X 3 - totally ****med by the waiter - and Senior Manager just gave me cold shoulder when i reported the incidence - telling me he'll talk to accountant and get back to me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
