BACON found in my Veg omelette

On Saturday 21st Nov I went to Tasha's Bedfordview for breakfast. I ordered the Spanish Veg Omelette. While eating my breakfast I noticed a slice of bacon, I immediately called the waitress and requested to speak to a manager. A female manager by the name of Julie or Emily came to our table to apologised. Then a young male came, didn't get his name as I was in an emotional state. The fact that I am halaal and finding bacon in a Veg omelette is a very big issue to me. Please tell me how is the vegetarian meals prepared with meat stuff. Does all the Vegetarian and halaal Tasha's customers know that their food is not prepared separately? this is disgusting and I felt puking the entire time when I was they. They offered me another meal and a slice of cake to sweeten the deal but I refused as I just completely lost my appetite. This is totally unacceptable!!!!
