The convenience of a pick up order is to avoid a line, how you notify 20 mins later after I placed my order that its: ’ready for pick up’ and when I get to the restaurant I am told it’s coming, after several attempts of querying about it, I am told that the chefs mixed up orders, and there was a change of shift— that is not my concern, and it shows me how poorly run the kitchen is then. This may seem trivial but it’s actually quite upsetting, because you do this ALL the time for my pickup orders. If there’s no priority on pickup orders, then I suggest you discontinue the service, because you clearly don’t respect customers who aren’t in front of your face. Oh, and the meal tasted horrible, seems like something a preschool child wouldn’t eat even.
